We have an 11.3 Hackney/Shetland cross with a narrow nose and smallish head. Thanks to Warren and Just for Ponies, I determined that the small pony size would fit. The red color looks great on our silver bay pony, and the adjustable nose band made all the difference. The only negative I have is that there aren't enough holes on the leather part to shorten the crown piece. But that's easily fixed with a hole puncher. Otherwise, nice, lighter weight halter.

I like everything about the halter. I havee been having difficulty finding nylon halters to fit my small ponies. I like the narrower nylon and the size fits perfectly.
