It is recommended to put the Mega Ball Cover on once the Mega Ball is 70% inflated. Once on, continue inflating the ball as it can be a little tough to put the cover on if the ball is already inflated. Please note that the Mega Ball needs to be fully inflated to the full height from the floor to the top of the ball for the cover to fit snug.
