Summer is a great time of year for kids to ride their ponies - lots of daylight hours and plenty of shows and riding activities available. Fabric with Cooling Technology
This is the trend for summer riding! Kerrits has Coolcore ® fabric that wicks and cools. Many products use IceFil ® fabric that converts sweat to cooling energy. Kathryn Lily has ProAir 3 fabric that’s super wicking and temperature intelligent (keeps you cool in heat and warm in the cold)

Face Protection

Built-In UPF Protection

Always check out the UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating of the fabric. A higher number is better! A UPF rating of 50 blocks 98% of the sun’s rays. For example EIS has a kids COOL Shirt ® with a UPF 50 IceFil fabric and RJ Classics Tori Jr show shirt has UPF 50+ sun protection.

Ventilation

Ventilation is the name of the game. The new mesh show coats are a quantum leap over traditional coats. So light and cool!
