Includes leg strap. The 2"-wide leg strap is made of elastic & velcro with rubber grip to prevent slippage. The Small size fits legs 16" - 24" The leg strap can be worn on any part of the leg but is often on the thigh.

The cross-body and waist strap is made of black nylon and clips to the two outer rings of the pouch and easily adjusts fro 32" to 60".
