Pony: Neck (46 - 50 5/8 inches); Girth to Nose (43 1/4 - 47 1/2 inches)

Cob: Neck (48 1/2 - 53 3/4 inches); Girth to Nose (45 1/2 - 53 3/4 inches) 

The girth to nose can be made up to 2.5'' smaller on each martingale if more holes are punched.
