Cruppers keep a saddle from sliding forward on a pony's back. This is a very common problem with well-rounded ponies or if riding down hills.

This Legacy Crupper has a wide padded tail piece (3/4”) that's very soft and smooth for extra comfort. The leather is ¾” wide and has a tail loop buckle to make it easier to tack up your pony. The crupper includes a metal tee piece that fits into the saddle channel. 

The crupper is very adjustable because you can punch more holes to make it  a little shorter. It will fit a small pony and some medium ponies but make sure to check the measurements. 

Size: The total length of the crupper, including the leather T, adjusts from 28" to 30 1/2” . The measurement is the overall length, end to end, including the T piece.
