Cruppers keep a saddle from sliding forward on a pony's back. This is a very common problem with well-rounded ponies or if riding down hills.

This traditional style crupper includes a tail piece that's well cushioned and soft for comfort. A leather 'T' fits into the saddle channel and reduces the risk of damage to the saddle. There are two sets of buckles to get the perfect fit - one by the tail  for easy on and of and one by the saddle to adjust the fit.

Size: The total length of the crupper, including the leather T, adjusts from 39" to 42” and can be made up to 5" smaller by pupnching more holes
