The premium stallions and auction sales are described here with detailed figures and special attention is given to selected influential studs. Dr. Wynne Davies has been a member of the Welsh Pony and Cob Society since 1948 and continues to maintain the famous Ceulen stud that his father started in 1904. Dr. Davies has judged in Britain and overseas plus is the author of numerous books and a regular contributor to many equestrian magazines.
